It glitches once you need to check in. It kept saying reservation not found. Your not able to get a boarding pass because you constantly opens a webpage when you try to sign in to the app. It does not provide gate changes or any alerts that’s needed. Terrible airline appt have ever used. Fix your glitches. The app on the other hand is terrible. Half the time it doesn’t work properly. The other half it greets me with “Hello undefined”. If I click around a bit it suddenly remembers my account. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Load *2023-05-15* Probably the worst airline app. Can never get the “profile” page to load and the check in always crashes. Based on the other reviews, everyone else is having the same issues. Flair should probably take the time to update their app!!! ### 1/5 — No perk of using their app *2023-04-29* When signed into your account on the app, it doesn’t pull up all trips booked under your account. So you need to manually search for each reservation. Then, it’s buggy. It says “Hi, undefined” which means the code is broken. Good luck finding a reservation, because when it can’t pull it up, it doesn’t give you a reason other than “cancelled” (I looked the flight up online, it’s still scheduled.) and then the customer service number it tells you to call is out of date. Absolutely no point in using their app- it does not make it easier than using a web browser. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst airline in the world *2024-11-28* My first review to an airline company. Terrible app that can do NOTHING. It requires everyone to check in online otherwise there will be a fee of $25. Funny thing is when I arrived at the airport, it asked everyone to manually check in again at the counter with a very long line even there are several self check in machines there (which was insane) I don’t know how terrible the backend system is - our personal info and bag purchase info were totally wrong - they even filled the wrong visa for my partner which got her blocked at the immigration and double-assigned the seat - which blocked us again at the gate. We were so lucky that the flight was not full or one of us may need to stay at the airport No RECOMMENDATION AT ALL!!! ### 1/5 — Waste of an app, garbage website *2024-11-25* App just redirects to the website which is nonfunctional and gives so many errors at every click ### 1/5 — Direct’s to Safari *2024-10-16* Cannot manage your booking or check in via the app. Redirects you to Safari. Be careful with the “personal item” it’s not like Spirit. It’s really really small. They force a 6” thick for the personal item so almost nothing qualifies and they checked everything to every person. The space below the seats are the same as every other airplane. So, it’s just to charge you more. The app is useless, it crashes or it redirects you to their website. The flight was delayed one hour, no sign of hurry at all from the crew. The counter closes 60 minutes before departure, again, to make you pay for your “personal item” as a carry-on because it’s the only way they give you the boarding pass from the web if the counter is closed. The air conditioning on the airplane cabin wasn’t cold. This is our first time flying with Flair and the last one. I sincerely hope they get out of business. If you think Spirit/Frontier are bad, think again, Flair is on another level. ### 1/5 — My first ever app review *2024-07-11* I came to write my first app review after 10+ years in the IOS ecosystem. That’s because this app is that bad. It’s simple trash. Everything either glitches or sends you out of the app to their website. What’s the point of the app if every button I press makes me leave the app for safari? There aren’t heinous enough punishments to rightfully bestow on this developer to repay everyone’s wasted time. -2.5/10 ### 1/5 — Apparently, “low budget” = no tech budget *2024-06-21* Useless, in all honesty. It redirects to their website for everything, but doesn’t even work then. Try to log into your account, it just stares at you. I can only guess that they don’t have a budget for basic app development. They’re back to the days of checking in at home, and printing your boarding pass. Yeehaw! ### 1/5 — Flair is not even a budget airline, it’s a scam *2024-06-12* Flair will lure you in with a $100 flight. Then they will proceed to scam you in every other aspect. They STRICTLY measure every single little thing you take on the plane from a purse to a backpack. If it doesn’t fit in their confined space, you will have to pay $90 at the counter just to check in a bag. If you want a refund. You have to wait 20-30 minutes on the phone to talk to someone in India, only for them to tell you to send an email to the specific department.
