## What is FlamAid?

If you feel in danger, one tap is all it takes. Press SOS in FlamAid and your emergency contacts instantly get an alert with your location. The alert rings on their phone even when it's on silent.

HOW IT WORKS
• Invite your family and friends to FlamAid and add them as emergency contacts.
• In an emergency, press SOS: FlamAid alerts them with your location.

GOT A FLAMAID GRANADA?
Pair it via Bluetooth and trigger an alert without reaching for your phone: pull the ring and an alarm also goes off to deter anyone threatening you.

Alarm receiving centre (24/7)
- Step-by-step sign-up: consent, emergency profile and safe word.
- Add contacts from your address book or from FlamAid, with WhatsApp or SMS verification.
- You get the signed contract and the completed Annex III by email when you finish.
- After an alert ends you can rate how fast and effective the centre was.

More reliable alerts
- Live audio is no longer lost to network hiccups or microphone conflicts.
- The alarm keeps sounding even if you close the app or the phone is locked.
- With the screen locked we send audio only, so the stream is never lost.
- A clear notice once your alert has reached the centre.

Map
- Navigation: pick a destination and we guide you walking or driving, with the camera following you.
- Ask a contact for their location with a single tap.
- The alert chat is now readable over the map.

En esta actualización hemos mejorado la experiencia de uso y la fiabilidad de la aplicación:

• Foto de perfil renovada. Hemos incorporado una nueva herramienta propia de captura de selfie, con una vista previa fiel a la imagen final.

• Vinculación de contactos mediante código QR. Ahora puedes añadir un contacto de forma instantánea escaneando su código QR, sin pasos adicionales.

• Ubicación en tiempo real mejorada. El seguimiento en el mapa es más fluido y preciso, con un nuevo filtro de calidad de la señal GPS para ofrecer una localización más fiable.

• Acceso y registro optimizados. Proceso de alta más robusto, bienvenida personalizada para usuarios recurrentes e invitación de contactos a través de WhatsApp.

• Mayor estabilidad general. Hemos corregido errores y refinado la información de actividad en el mapa para una experiencia más clara y consistente.
