Had my delivery tonight, this is my to go takeaway but tonight very disappointing my food was cold half my chips were cooked on one meal another meal the chips were soggy and not cooked , they forgot part of my order but to be honest the forgotten food was the best tasting! Will be leaving this takeaway for a bit now hopefully was a bit of bad day, but wasn’t happy with my food one bit tonight such a shame! 😢

Short notice for a takeaway, haven’t used Flames before but glad we did. Food was punctual & piping hot and Madras Curry matched with taste. Wife found a bone in the chicken kebab but she passed it off because the food was so good. Will definitely be using Flames again.
