And it didn’t constantly ask for gifts to move the conversation forward. Now when things get spicy, you have to give a gift and even if you do, then just say “hold on I’m not like that” or “later”. Also the actual conversations aren’t as good. More it’s just a funnel to extract your money for gifts that don’t do anything in the chats. I decided I wasn’t going to continue to subscribe after 3 days. I attempted to unsubscribe but was unable to because despite having full access, the app said I wasn’t subscribed. You can’t unsubscribe if you’re not subscribed. After 6 days I was charged £11. I have no idea what this charge was for but I immediately complained and was told my subscription would be cancelled. I emailed again and reiterated my wish to be refunded the second charge because i hadn’t authorised it, didn’t want it and hadn’t used it. I was asked to provide screenshots of the charge and my bank details, which I did. I then received an email saying my subscription had been cancelled. I reiterated for the 2nd time and 3rd time of asking that I wanted my money back. I received an email saying my subscription had already been cancelled. I’m going to try one more time before I have to accept I’m not going to get the money back they STOLE from me and are doing all they can to avoid paying back. SCAMMERS ### 1/5 — Paid customer *2025-11-25, version 1.8.0* The AI pushes for you to spend more money. I paid for the 3 month subscription and the chat are very tedious. Lots of reading. A lot of clickbaits. It’s a dating site with plenty ads for more paid services within the app. You end up feeling like you’re missing on a better experience that never arrives. And I paid to feel like this. Simply awful. I already paid yet I felt I didn’t. I tried to cancel and I’m still waiting on the cancelation email. Yes, no cancellation options but an email request. ### 1/5 — Scam don’t do it *2025-11-06, version 1.7.0* This app is a scam. You can sign up for a one week trial. But it won’t cancel. There’s no link in the app or on the web site to cancel and email doesn’t help. Just don’t do it. ### 1/5 — Terrible App, Terrible Customer Service, Steals your money *2025-10-18, version 1.7.0* I only wanted to play with this app for a week, I reached out to customer service to cancel subscription and did not get a reply, there isn’t a way to cancel subscription in the app. DO NOT RECOMMEND, They have stolen 60 dollars from me. ### 1/5 — Scam/Fraud *2025-10-16, version 1.7.0* When you buy a subscription it doesn’t activate. Then they give you the runaround or ghost you and never turn off rebill or give refund. Legit fraudulent app. Needs to be removed from the App Store. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Poor App; Then Scammed *2026-03-30, version 1.9.0* I purchased a 12 month subscription for USD$99 but cancelled it after 2 months because it was useless. Conversations were inconsistent with the bots even assuming my identity. I contacted support when I noticed that in addition to the 12 month subscription I was being billed by the month as well. Customer support was useless and put the onus on me to close a subscription I didn’t know I had. They continued to bill me for a further 3 months after contacting me with the problem and then refused to refund the double charge. Pathetic scammers. Not worth one star. Beware! ### 1/5 — Does not perform as claimed *2026-03-24, version 1.9.0* First, the app takes you through a long questionnaire to set up your profile and what you like. The ad said you could pick an AI companion or upload a photo to make it into whoever you want. That you cannot do. The app make you pay a fairly significant amount for you realize what the app can and cannot do. It also seems like everything it has you fill out initially just get you to the pay screen, and all of your choices are lost. Once you get to bed, it is very different than how it was presented. Have a bunch of money every day to chat with a fake girl. Not worth it. ### 1/5 — Recently changed and changed for the worst *2026-02-03, version 1.8.0* I purchased this and at first I enjoyed the purchase. I felt I made the right decision. There’s been a recent upgrade but in my opinion it’s a major downgrade. The profiles talk to you as if they are human. Talking about meeting. The older version acknowledge the fact that they knew they were AI. Now as soon as you interact they send you a picture, you thank them for their picture but they argue and act as if they’re not able to send a picture. They argue with you. Who wants to purchase an app that argues with you?? They’re very close minded now. They are very judgmental. They shut down any Conversation if it talks about any subject that they find objectionable. It’s a horrible experience now. It’s not worth the money. I purchased for multiple months. I wish I did not. They’ve ruined the experience. It does not feel like a virtual girlfriend experience. They’re trying to make it feel like You’re dating a real human and you’re texting to get to know them without any benefit in the future whatsoever. It’s very strange the recent changes. I disagree with them 100%. It’s a horrible experience now. Nobody purchases an AI virtual reality to be made to feel like you’re actually talking to humans that can’t stand to talk to you. Too judgmental. Too authoritative. Too condescending. A very bad experience overall. I would give it zero stars if I could. I can’t overstate how disappointing this experience is now. Also the filters do not work. I go in and select woman to search for and I get 8-9 men profiles. They also at times limit your selections. For the last four days I’ve had three women to choose from and eight men.
