It seems all the events come in with extremely low budgets, asking vendors to squeeze every last ounce to be able to put together a nearly impossible event. The final straw has been hosting an event in January and here we are nearly in May and we still haven’t been paid! Their customer support is absolutely worthless. All they do is give you the runaround and their chat online is a complete AI waste. I would steer clear of this group at all costs unless you like giving free event events. Save yourself the trouble find your own clients. ### 1/5 — AVOID At all Costs *2025-10-18* I tried so hard to make things work with these guys. They never pay you your jobs on time, their customer service is horrible. They take days to respond, sometimes just ghosting you completely. I’m surprised how they even still have residents paying for services. It seems they just take their credit card payments then don’t pay us service providers. Thats their business model. Time and again we have to chase them around to have them pay us. It’s always a giant headache. Go elsewhere. Don’t do anything with these guys because they will only give you runarounds and not pay you . Horrible company. The first job you do as a contractor with this company- you get paid right away. But then they stop sending payments after events, and there is ZERO support for the vendors. Not a direct phone number, email, nothing. I have sent them multiple emails and have not received any confirmation on the payment being sent or when I can expect it. It’s theft of service and I urge anyone thinking about working with this service to save yourself the financial stress. It’s not worth it. ### 1/5 — Nothing works-cant place bids! *2025-02-14* I was added to this platform by someone recommending my services, but it’s been very frustrating because nothing is working. No requests show up except in my email inbox. They don’t work in the app and you can’t place bids! The idea has potential but I’ve wasted a lot of time trying to get it to work. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work, absolutely no Support *2025-01-08* App does not work at all. It just says to tap again and the app is unresponsive. No support whatsoever. I’ve tried calling and emailing the Flamingo team. No response. There are other issues as well. Fake reviews? *2024-03-05* Recently entered a financial crisis and went to look for work on this app. Seems like nobody is getting paid. Came to the App Store to look at reviews but only 3 reviews are able to be read when there are clearly more. Ironically one bad review about compensation and 2 reviews with high praise. I’m convinced they are employee written reviews. Nothing else able to be read no matter the category you choose. Seems fishy. ### 2/5 — Dropping the ball *2023-12-20* There is so much potential here but they cannot seem to get their finances in order. The payouts are legit it’s just unfortunate that they cannot seem to pay the vendors in a timely fashion. This situation seems to happen more times then not. There has been time and time again where I am waiting over two weeks for money that was scheduled to be paid 4 to 5 days after an event. ### 5/5 — This app has made an amazing impact on my business! *2023-02-22* Since joining Flamingo as a provider, I have boosted sales so much! Many of opportunities are always pouring in daily and on top of that, the app reps are phenomenal to work with! Mario has been my point of contact and he is awesome! He answers all my questions, helps me with follow ups, and is always there to assist in a timely manner. I highly recommend this app to anyone with a reliable business, whether you’re in the beginning stages or well established.
