But in waitlist, 30 min comes and i ask where i am on list told 10 minutes more. The receptionist comes out and offers two high tops open to people that just came. So i say what about me and she says well they said they would take hightop u want a booth. Never said i wanted booth. Then all of a sudden we are seated. Now we wait for waitress 15 minutes. She comes and says she was slammed. This place has gone down hill. Service slow. time to find a new place to eat at. ### 2/5 — Very Poor Food on Takeout *2026-02-13, version 25.0* I don’t know why Flanigans has takeout. Every time we order out, the food is far inferior to eating at the restaurant. Even the rocking ribs were not good. Takeout seems to be a big part of their business. You would think it would at least have some sort of dedication to it. I waited 15 minutes beyond “your food is ready” time and finally, after I spoke up, somebody said they would look into it. Just bad news. Management should try ordering anonymously and see what they get. ### 1/5 — Online pick up order *2026-01-26, version 25.0* I’m a loyal customer I always order Loaded nachos and they are enough to fill two people up , today 1/25/2025 is like the fifth time I order to pick up and my nachos weren’t the same half of them were just lettuce I can’t even feel the cheddar cheese there’s way too much lettuce and it wasn’t in place it was all over is mixed in , they used to gave me the order nicely with the guacamole in the top the sour cream and everything I didn’t even get the sour cream. I was very disappointed with the ribeye as it had no flavor at all, which was surprising to me as I’ve ordered lots of times and always was very happy with the ribeye that was full of flavor. I don’t like the fact that the first thing you are asked for is your order, also it is very hard to navigate. Since points expire quickly, I am close to marking Flanigans off my frequent go to restaurant. I beg you to give up on this revised plan.
