Every time we order out, the food is far inferior to eating at the restaurant. Even the rocking ribs were not good. Takeout seems to be a big part of their business. You would think it would at least have some sort of dedication to it. I waited 15 minutes beyond “your food is ready” time and finally, after I spoke up, somebody said they would look into it. Just bad news. Management should try ordering anonymously and see what they get. ### 3/5 — Don’t know what happened *2025-11-20, version 25.0* I placed an order on line November 18th 2025 for prime rib and ribeye dinner to go. I was very disappointed with the ribeye as it had no flavor at all, which was surprising to me as I’ve ordered lots of times and always was very happy with the ribeye that was full of flavor. Before it was 10 Lunches to get a free one. Now if you stick with the lunch special it takes 15 lunches for only $10 that does not cover a meal. So not a “free” lunch. The new program gives you points for every dollar you spend (looks like $10 off $150). I’m allergic to them so I couldn’t eat the burger, but regardless, my lettuce was disgustingly wilted Didn’t get any straws for our 3 drinks. I did not get any utensils. The one thing that bothered me the most is that I did all the work on the order and payment ( just like the self checkout at stores) and yet I got a service fee added to my bill. But in waitlist, 30 min comes and i ask where i am on list told 10 minutes more. The receptionist comes out and offers two high tops open to people that just came. So i say what about me and she says well they said they would take hightop u want a booth. Never said i wanted booth. Then all of a sudden we are seated. Now we wait for waitress 15 minutes. She comes and says she was slammed. This place has gone down hill. I guarantee there is not a bad choice on the menu…but that is really just my opinion. Take it or leave it. I love Flanny’s. In fact, I’m writing this review while I’m sitting at a high top at the Flanigan’s in North Miami.
