Not only do you have to pay to return an item you’ve ordered through the app and paid delivery for at an expensive rate, but when you try to pay for the return the screen keeps going blank on the confirmation or details page. Especially bad when trying to use Apple pay to pay for a return. There is zero help from online and forget about any help from store if you have bought online ! You will be like an alien to the store staff if you bought it online ! Will be deleting the app once I get the refund ! If you are really desperate and want to buy designer clothes then either buy directly from the preferred brand or just go to the store !
