## What is Flanning?

What if exploring a city were as simple as choosing what inspires you?

Flanning helps you plan a day of discovery on foot, without switching between endless lists, maps and browser tabs.

CHOOSE YOUR CITY
Browse the available cities and find activities that match what you feel like doing.

BUILD YOUR DAY
Select your activities and create a clear route that fits your pace.

EXPLORE WITH RADAR
See activities around you and let Flanning notify you when a selected place is nearby while you explore.

FOLLOW WALKING DIRECTIONS
Once your route starts, follow GPS guidance designed for walking and move from one stop to the next.

FOLLOW THE CITIES YOU LOVE
Subscribe to cities to receive local updates and discover upcoming events. You stay in control: city updates and nearby activity alerts can be managed separately from your profile.

KEEP YOUR MEMORIES
Track your progress, revisit previous routes, share helpful photos and leave reviews for the community.

Flanning is currently available in a selection of cities. More destinations and activities will be added progressively.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.5 — 2026-10-08

You can now choose whether to share usage statistics to help us improve navigation in Flanning and route planning. This choice is optional and can be changed in your profile settings.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-10-01

You're exploring the city, your route is underway… and suddenly, nature calls. Or maybe you could use some advice from the tourist office? Add a Service along the way: it becomes your next stop without removing the activities you had planned.

Wondering what to do next? Ongoing and upcoming events are now easier to discover from the home screen and your city's page. Activities that require a reservation are easier to spot, too.

Plans change? Flanning goes with you.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-09-18

New: follow the cities you care about to receive local updates and discover upcoming events.

Radar can also notify you when a selected activity is nearby.

Each notification category can be enabled or disabled separately from your profile.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-10

Several usability and interface improvements have been made to make the Flanning experience simpler, smoother, and more enjoyable.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-08

Flanning opens faster, loading content progressively so you can start exploring sooner.

You can now choose to receive email surveys about your experience to help us improve Flanning. This is optional, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings.
