## What is Flap Daily Workout?

Flap gives you one workout a day. That's the whole app.

No plan to build. No library to browse. No decision to make at the end of a long day, when deciding is the thing most likely to stop you.

Tell it what you've got - nothing, a pair of dumbbells, or a full gym - and how long you've got.
It gives you today's workout.
Do it or don't.

HOW IT WORKS

Open the app and today's workout is already there: a short circuit of movements with clear instructions, sized to the time you said you had. Start it and the app walks you through it one movement at a time, timing the ones measured in seconds and the rest between them, so you can put the phone down.

Not feeling it? Ask for a different one. Already done it your own way? Say so.

WHAT'S IN IT

• One workout a day, generated from your equipment, your time, and anything you need to avoid
• 36 movements, each with step-by-step instructions, the mistake to watch for, and an easier version
• A timer that runs itself, including rest, so you are not counting seconds
• An Apple Watch app that runs the whole workout on your wrist, with or without your phone
• A record of the days you moved, and a Home Screen widget that shows whether today is done
• Optional: one reminder a day at a time you choose, and finished workouts saved to Health

WHAT ISN'T IN IT

No accounts. No sign-in. No ads. No subscription. Nothing about days you missed.

There is a tip jar in settings, if you want one. It unlocks nothing - there is nothing to unlock.

Everything stays on your phone.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.3 — 2026-10-02

The duck has quacked and we've fixed some smaller bugs.

After your tenth day moved, Flap asks once whether you would rate it in the App Store.
It will not ask again. Ever.

### 1.2 — 2026-09-10

Flap now answers to Siri.

Say "what's my Flap workout" and you get it read back, movements and all, without the app opening at all.
Say "start my Flap workout" and it goes straight into the session.

Long-press the app icon and today's workout is waiting there by name.
On a day you have already done, it politely isn't.

Also: History no longer shrinks to dots at large text sizes.

### 1.1 — 2026-09-08

Flap now runs on iOS 17, so it works on a phone that has not been updated in a while. Nothing else has changed.

### 1.0 — 2026-09-04

No release notes.
