Ordered for pickup at 5.54pm from Broadway. Asked staff about order several times and they only realised about 15 minutes after the pickup time that it wasn’t in their system despite being paid for and going through on the app. The wrote down the order and still got it wrong, missing a burger. Whole process from order to pickup took over 40 mins of waiting.

Entered order but can’t process the shopping cart to submit order. The app needs some serious work. Disappointing.

The app is functional for ordering, but the notifications are about as useful as a vegetarian at a wing eating contest.
Other fast food apps only ping me when there’s an actual deal or my order is ready. Flappy’s sends me daily reminders that I have points — which I already know, because I earned them buying your chicken. It’s not news.
I checked the notification log and it’s literally the same message recycled every week like leftover drumsticks. So repetitive that it’s just noise, and I’ve now turned notifications off entirely.
KFC, Maccas, and HJ all manage to send notifications worth reading. Flappy’s notifications are the dark meat of the fast food app world — technically part of the experience, but nobody asked for them.
