Never was able to start using it: the page where they want you to set notifications didn’t have any buttons, probably they were somewhere in the bottom but couldn’t scroll down to them. Definitely not optimized for bigger fonts on the screen, as if people who don’t have perfect vision can’t have pain

**Developer response:** First, please allow me to personally apologize that my app made you feel unseen. I live with chronic pain too, and that feeling is one I know all too well. It’s the last thing I would ever want someone using my app to experience.

Secondly, I truly appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. I’ve just released an update (version 1.8.6) that specifically focuses on larger text and improved accessibility features.

Been looking for a symptom tracker that has just symptoms and a simplistic way to log and this has been wonderful! No limits on the symptoms or activities that you can place and I love that there are reminders that keep you on track. I also love how the app is functional even without a subscription, though I wish the statistics were available on the free version as well, I’m happy to have a majority of the apps functionality without having to pay a whopping fee for premium.

Finally an app that I can use! I love everything about it. I like that I can customize to what I want. I'm only using the free version but am seriously considering purchasing the full version. I want to try it out for a while first.

**Developer response:** Thank you - this made my day! Customization was the whole point. Everyone’s pain looks different, so the app should bend to you and not the other way around. Take your time with the free version - I’ve got some new features coming out soon that will make it even better! If you hit anything that feels missing, tell me and I’ll happily look at it.

I am a truck driver dealing with some back pain I spoke with my chiropractor about gathering some data and he embraced the idea. A good way to find out and cure issues like epidemytis is to track down flares.

Even after just a couple of days this is helping me. Chronic pain can make you feel so alone. Writing it down makes me feel like my experience is real and it matters.

I built Flare because I live with chronic pain too. For me, logging felt like doing something positive for myself, even if it was a small thing. You’re exactly who I made it for.

Brought the PDF from flare to my lady appointment and my doctor stopped and said she wished more of her patients tracked like this! We covered more in 15 minutes than we usually do in a full visit worth it for that alone.

Been dealing with chronic endo for over a year. Tracked everything on notes app for months before this. The 3x a day check in is smart because my pain at 8am is different than 9pm
