## What is Flare?

Flare is a photo-sharing app just for you and your friends.
The photos you take today are revealed together at noon tomorrow.
Alongside your photos, you can leave a Journal to capture how you feel or something you don't want to forget.

Getting started is simple.

1. Invite people you care about and create a room
2. Capture the little moments of your day and leave your thoughts in a Journal
3. Open everyone's photos at noon the next day and enjoy the Photo Journal

Flare’s camera has no preview. You can’t see what’s in the frame as you shoot, and there’s no checking or retaking afterward. Until the photos are revealed, no one—not even you—knows exactly what was captured.

When someone takes a photo, the room only shows that they took one. What did they photograph? How did it turn out? That small sense of anticipation stays with you as you capture pieces of everyday life for one another.

For the feelings a photo can’t capture, leave a Journal. An emoji or a few words is enough to preserve the moment. After the reveal, photos and Journals appear together in chronological order, turning everyone’s day into one shared Photo Journal.

At noon the next day, everyone’s photos are revealed at once. The perfectly timed shot, the blur, the face half out of frame—they all become part of the memory. Sometimes the misses are the ones that make everyone laugh the most.

Only the people you invite can see your photos. Use Flare with close friends, your partner, family who live far away, or your usual crew. It’s not about showing off to strangers or making every photo look perfect. It’s a place to share ordinary life with the people who matter.

Instead of checking the screen, stay in the moment. Instead of the photo being over as soon as you take it, enjoy it all over again together the next day. Flare brings back a kind of anticipation that feels both new and nostalgic.

A photo today. Something to look forward to tomorrow.
Invite someone you care about and start using Flare.
