### 2/5 — Potential but slow

*2023-02-09, version 1.0.4*

This app has the potential to be really cool but it is extremely slow. I also didn't like that I had to look up symptoms for each check in after I'd already told it which ones I wanted to track.

### 2/5 — Has potential

*2021-07-31, version 1.0.4*

This app is useful, but it has a lot of bugs. I often get error messages, and sometimes it doesn’t load at all. The weather tracker doesn’t work. Sometimes the info I put in doesn’t save. Overall I think this app is helpful, but it could use a lot of work.

### 2/5 — Almost perfect

*2021-06-02, version 1.0.4*

I really wanted to love this app, but there are currently so many bugs that I can’t use it. Firstly, filling out the daily check in takes forever. Even after it’s filled in, it won’t save unless you go to another category and then flip back. Data keeps disappearing then reappearing. I got to the point where I stopped trying because unfortunately none of the functionality worked for me.

### 3/5 — Bugs

*2021-05-09, version 1.0.4*

Could have been better designed, could have been an amazing app if it wasn’t for the glitches, the bugs, and errors when it comes to the symptoms saying “check ins”. All in all really good app it just needs a lot more developing

### 2/5 — Broken

*2021-04-09, version 1.0.4*

This app is broken. Maybe they aren’t supporting it anymore? Filled out one entry and it got frozen on a blank page and has never recovered even after closing it fully and reopening, and checking for updates.

### 3/5 — So wonderful! So impractical!

*2020-06-23, version 1.0.4*

Somebody please fix this app. It has ALL the features I want in a symptom tracker. It goes above and beyond. It’s absolutely the best...and the worst. Every single action you take needs several seconds to load. It feels like an app on dialup internet. I really want to use all the amazing features, but I just don’t have the time.

### 2/5 — Great idea, poor development

*2019-11-25, version 1.0.4*

App is incredibly slow with long wait times between screens, and sometimes it just totally whites out, even when you shut it down and reload. Great idea but needs way more work with developers

### 4/5 — Overall good app

*2019-10-15, version 1.0.4*

Works really well for me keeping track of pain and other symptoms. Sometimes it glitches and doesn’t work though but for the most part a very good app.

### 2/5 — Much too slow

*2019-08-10, version 1.0.4*

This app looks like it could be so great. I was hoping it would be great. When trying to track, things were extremely slow. No other app is this slow on my phone and wi-fi. With a lot of things to track it was taking forever to enter things, since you have to wait several minutes after entering each thing for the app to save it and the message goes away that says you have unsaved data please wait. Then it will finally let you enter the next item you want to track. I thought when I set up my account that it was asking me what conditions and symptoms I wanted to track because it was going to have them all ready in the app. No! I was having to re-type them again and wait do the above mentioned waiting between each item. Paper and pen is 1000 times fast. I’d like to have the charting and graphs, but I don’t have hours to spend trying to enter the things I need to track. Maybe I’ll give it another try later down the road to see if anything has been done to improve the speed.

### 3/5 — Location location location

*2019-06-12, version 1.0.4*

I think I would really like this but the main thing that caught my attention with getting the app doesn’t work... the weather. I’m trying to track how it affects my migraines. It will not load my town. It won’t even load the metro area of Nashville 30 miles away. Just to see if it would do any I typed in New York. It did it. 🤨

### 1/5 — Buggy and slow

*2019-04-11, version 1.0.4*

The app was buggy to the point of useless for me. I ended up deleting it before ever even competing a day. I would tap UI elements and they would either take seconds before showing any indication the tap was registered or would just do nothing. UI elements would randomly gray out when there was nothing improperly filled out in the form. List items for symptoms would sometimes double. And some values wouldn’t save.

### 1/5 — Horrible app

*2019-04-01, version 1.0.4*

Why make me sign up for an account if I have to enter my symptoms and treatments every day. At the very least it should save that info and allow me to select from a list, not search for them each day. Not to mention the option to search/add symptoms or treatments didn't work for the current day. Try again.

### 1/5 — This App is a Waste of Time

*2023-01-24, version 1.0.4*

What a joke of an app......outside of 6-7 conditions to choose from (none of which are mine) ~ Impossible to add any condition. When signing up, despite it asking for country there are 0 countries listed, nor can you add your country. So I try to see if there are areas within the app to add conditions, meds, etc. Nope nothing, so I thought maybe there was some info on how to get started/add things, etc. Nope no info provided on that either.

### 1/5 — LOW-quality app

*2021-12-04, version 1.0.4*

I really wanted this to be good so i could more easily track my husband’s chronic illness symptoms but using it for the first time will definitely be my last. It was a sign when it froze on me when I first tried to create my account. It’s slow to load. The user-created symptoms are disorganized and confusing. The graph it creates is illegible and not helpful. It’s sad. Reminds me of a 90s tech product. I’m really disappointed and hope there’s something better out there.

### 1/5 — Lost all my data

*2021-04-06, version 1.0.4*

I like the features of this app especially being able to graph various symptoms/treatments/etc together BUT it is very slow to load and in the last few days starting not opening, it was just a blank screen. I tried closing and reopening, waiting, and then I finally deleted the app and reinstalled. It’s saying my email addresses were registered with the app so now I can’t even log back in and see my data. What a loss, luckily I had only being using this app for a few weeks but I’m pretty unhappy about it.

### 1/5 — Too slow

*2021-02-20, version 1.0.4*

Great potential but WAYYY too slow. Like slower than dial up. I’m not exaggerating. Deleted it same day. Developers, please contact me when you fix this issue. I would love to redownload your app and would gladly pay for it if it were better.

### 1/5 — Stopped loading all together

*2020-10-25, version 1.0.4*

When this loads (when being the key word), it’s fine enough to track a few things and right a note. However the app has a lot of features that have never loaded for me and now it won’t load at all, so I’ll be looking for a new app that does open.

### 1/5 — Slow and tedious

*2020-07-09, version 1.0.4*

The app won’t load the changes that I’m adding, it doesn't allow refresh, and I’ve shut down down the app several times in a row to get it to work. I finally gave up on this thing before even completing my first check-in because it’s painstakingly slow, and in the meantime it is not clear whether it is loading, saving, crashing, etc. When you first download, it asks you to input conditions and common symptoms, which is GREAT because I have a range of symptoms and conditions. But when you’re adding data, you cannot reference those things that you attempted to customize at the beginning. The reason that I want this type of app is so that I could be more efficiently intentional about noticing and tracking my symptoms; I want this to prompt me about the status of the symptoms that I’ve specifically preselected. If those symptoms aren’t listed in front of me, then I’m going to forget something, which defeats the purpose. Even if this app would load, it is more trouble than it’s worth.

### 1/5 — Had Potential. Very disappointed

*2019-10-07, version 1.0.4*

Seems like this could have been a useful app after you spend good amount of time tediously imputing the data. Then after 2 weeks it just said its unable to save, and after the attempted restart, the app will not load at all. Every day I dedicated about 45mins to input meticulous amounts of symptoms/data, and then in an eye blink its all gone. More than dissapointed

### 1/5 — I couldn’t even create an account

*2019-07-16, version 1.0.4*

When I tried to create an account I was unable to because the app had no place to answer the “Are you a robot question” and denied me each time. I tried restarting my phone, turning my phone, and re downloading the app and I still could not create an account.

### 1/5 — Do not rely on this as data gets corrupted

*2019-07-06, version 1.0.4*

I take about 30 different medications to treat Lyme and Bartonella. I thought this would help track medications and symptoms. What I have found when I download data is that the data is corrupted. I change protocols based on symptoms, often on a weekly basis. The downloaded data, which I was relying on to present to my Doctor, does not accurately track changes in my protocols. At one point two weeks ago, my data completely disappeared....then magically a couple of days later it reappeared.

I have emailed App developer several times to address issues. Basically if you are relying on this app to track data, I do not recommend it.

### 1/5 — So much potential, but totally disfunctional

*2019-07-03, version 1.0.4*

Was excited by the features in this app, but when I tried to use it the app was constantly stuck loading trying to save changes. Also beyond tedious to use if I have to re enter my symptoms etc every time I want to "check in." Thought it would be more like, enter info once and then rate each thing each day. It was not. Deleted for now, maybe a future update will make this app live up to the possibilities.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Customizable for my disease!

*2022-05-05, version 1.0.4*

I really like that I can customize and track for patterns to share with my providers. Thank you for seeing that not everyone is “cookie cutter.”

### 5/5 — Really helpful

*2021-09-23, version 1.0.4*

It’s kind of what I had in mind to keep a record of my symptoms daily, since everyday is completely different than other. The best part it’s that’s completely free! Not like the other apps that once you downloaded it, they tell you that was “3 days free“. I hate that, It’s really annoying!

### 5/5 — So helpful!

*2021-06-06, version 1.0.4*

Best way I’ve found to track triggers and flares. Love the pattern builder! I finally have an easy way track symptoms against humidity instead of just air pressure! Thank you 🙏

### 5/5 — Very helpful

*2021-05-11, version 1.0.4*

I wish it would text me instead of email. Otherwise it’s great

### 5/5 — very useful App, bravo!!

*2020-11-17, version 1.0.4*

i only got it after trying 3 others which i immediately hated. i love the simplicity yet very powerful and explicitly help you manage your health issues day by day! bravo!!

### 5/5 — Best app I’ve tried for symptom tracking.

*2020-08-12, version 1.0.4*

This app was exactly what I was looking for. Easy to set up. Let’s you track as many symptoms as you’d like. Makes it easy to track measures you are taking (ie vitamins, diary free, exercise) to see if it makes a difference to the symptoms you are experiencing. Has a notes option. Easy checkbox format!

### 5/5 — Excellent app

*2020-05-19, version 1.0.4*

This app has allowed me to track my health easily. The ease of use is fantastic and the features are very helpful. It is easy to track patterns and each symptom has a graph to visually identify patterns.

### 5/5 — honestly near-perfect

*2019-05-21, version 1.0.4*

As a busy and sick individual, i really need a way to not pull my hair out about my health symptoms, since my hair is already falling out. Flaredown records all my issues and saves them for when i need to talk to the doctor about them.

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2019-03-12, version 1.0.4*

As someone with fibro/amps, tourette’s, and a TMJD, this app is more than I ever could’ve asked for. All the other apps for this type of thing cost a lot of money which really isn’t fair for a health oriented app. It’s very generous of the dev(s) of this app to make it free. However, it’s not without it’s errors. But that’s to be expected from a small project. Love it!!!

### 5/5 — Flaredown

*2019-02-03, version 1.0.4*

I have never rated an app but this has been such a blessing to me ! If you have many variables you want to track and see a line graph for this is the app !! I love the daily journal section and that you can record food and medicine as well. I don’t see a way to print this info though for a doctor appointment. That seems to be the only thing missing unless I just don’t know how.
