Every time is too slow or any problem. Does not work. They have  number of different types of apps for commercial bank. But non of them work properly. Not even an update for years.

OTP codes receiving for transfer money. But ones you enter nothing happens. App will freeze. You have to start the process from the beginning. Also in past updates, there ware so much trouble with this app.

It's not support to iPhone 14 & does not show foreign deposit. They did not credit CBSL Tran Cost CBSL INC. I try to contact support team but they not answer if answer but answer not properly.

Last two month I can’t see my deposit transactions I try to contact bank managers from app massage & contact costumer server combank but still I didn’t receive any reply from both end.if you not show my deposit you guys Steal my money ? If you not steal why are you hide deposit transactions?
Can you explain what going on my account??

1. The features, what’s the point of a banking app without the ability to link the bank accounts? nothing, precisely. Doesn’t allow you to add commercial nor other banks. So much fun. Super useless. 
2. The customer service, I sent a message via the website hoping for a quick response but surprise surprise, no response. I emailed them after 2-3hrs cuz I really was in a hurry, and got the response saying “send us your request through using message to bank option.” Like ? Okay 🙂 

Deleted the app right after. Sorry about the double font, I wanted to be precise with what I was quoting cuz that’s directly from the email response. But oh well, this was a waste of time, but reviewing it so you won’t have to.

Please note that Flash automatically links your existing ComBank account and you have the ability link any other bank account through JustPay facility.
