Does not work. They have number of different types of apps for commercial bank. But non of them work properly. Not even an update for years. ### 1/5 — Worst banking app in the iPhone 👎 *2023-07-12* OTP codes receiving for transfer money. But ones you enter nothing happens. App will freeze. You have to start the process from the beginning. If you not steal why are you hide deposit transactions? Can you explain what going on my account?? ### 1/5 — Absolutely useless *2022-03-31* 1. The features, what’s the point of a banking app without the ability to link the bank accounts? nothing, precisely. Doesn’t allow you to add commercial nor other banks. So much fun. Super useless. 2. The customer service, I sent a message via the website hoping for a quick response but surprise surprise, no response. I emailed them after 2-3hrs cuz I really was in a hurry, and got the response saying “send us your request through using message to bank option.” Like ? Okay 🙂 Deleted the app right after. Sorry about the double font, I wanted to be precise with what I was quoting cuz that’s directly from the email response. Password reset mechanism doesn't work. ### 2/5 — Lease *2023-04-08* It's not support to iPhone 14 & does not show foreign deposit. They did not credit CBSL Tran Cost CBSL INC. If i add another bank account to my flash account I can easily transfer money between two bank without paying fee.. nice looking app. Good ui ux. I used both flash and frimi. Now I most of time use Flash. Also there is low transaction rate between another bank account only rs:30. (Frimi rs:35). I’m very happy.
