They did so again today for a £5 item and couldn't get hold of them after trying for an hour and after numerous attempts. Just deleting it now and not going to bother with again. Don’t use, just walk to the shop! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Leon Has Lied to get me on-board & refused to issue refund, pls be aware *2026-05-19, version 6.8.3* My personal experience with Flash Delivery was extremely disappointing and stressful as a small business owner. I was persuaded into signing up for what was presented as a long-term delivery platform solution with strong onboarding support, payment integrations, and business growth opportunities. During onboarding, there was significant pressure to proceed quickly, including repeated urgency around locations and setup. I paid upfront for a 12-month service plan in good faith expecting a professional rollout and ongoing support. However, concerns later arose regarding payment integration capabilities, pricing transparency, VAT handling, communication, and the overall implementation process. The service relationship broke down very early during onboarding, and cancellation/refund concerns were raised at an early stage. Despite this, the matter later escalated into a lengthy payment dispute process instead of being resolved fairly and proportionately. To be fair, onboarding work and communication did take place, and some staff members were polite throughout. However, based on my experience, I would strongly advise any business owner considering this company to: • read all agreements carefully • verify cancellation terms in writing • confirm VAT/pricing details beforehand • fully understand payment provider arrangements • avoid making rushed decisions under pressure I am simply sharing my own documented experience so other businesses can make informed decisions. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2026-05-04, version 6.8.2* States “quick delivery”. Ordered off of here and waited for half hour only for them to then cancel my order. What a waste of time. Stick with uber eats for delivery. Save your time and money, go elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-02-26, version 3.2* awful app awful customer service app was glitching for hours was told to delete and re download when that didn’t work i was ignored for hours by customer service even had the conversation deleted over the help line so i had to send a new message (yet to be replied to) unable to log in as multiple accounts apparently already exist with my ONE phone number then when finally logged in on app refuses to accept location or any sort of address at that point i have been further ignored by customer service and increasingly closer to the time of closing of the shop i wished to order from, Disappointed ### 1/5 — Delivery took forever *2024-07-01, version 2.5.17* Thought this app would be good as my local corner shop has recently switched to this. My delivery of 5 items took almost 2 hours to arrive despite the drive to the shop takes 5 minutes. I was left on pending for 1 hour and a half. When I contacted the staff, they were friendly in trying to find out where my driver was but I was still disappointed with the delivery time as it says it takes 30 minutes and took 3x as long. ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-03-11, version 2.5.12* Cannot order from app as address not found on map,don’t know why the postcode and the address have been around since 1976, waste of time. ### 1/5 — Rubbish don’t waste your time! *2023-08-29, version 2.5.3* App is absolutely rubbish, always seems to be issues with payment, crashing etc. I have tried putting an order in and it has accepted payment and then immediately a notification has popped up saying order failed, you will receive a refund. I don’t understand why my order has failed if payment has been accepted. More trouble than it is worth. ### 1/5 — Not the best *2023-07-04, version 2.5.1* Was OK at first, main problems were wrong items I.e dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate, blue top milk instead of green etc Has slowly gotten worse, cakes on the app are never in stock so they might put credit back on the app (they still have your money), ordered hot food a few times and one driver (you can track them on the app) sat at the shop for over an hour after my order being dispatched so the hot food was cold and the almost £4 milkshake had melted everywhere. Only suitable to use if you really really REALLY can’t be bothered going to the shop. Changed to 1 star after both myself and family members order came with items missing and no refund, no response to live chat and no answer on phone. Do not recommend. The customer service won’t work either. The staff are so friendly and helpful to help in anyway they can if somethings wrong. The best thing I did was find this shop for home delivery at my door in less than 30 minutes and I pay the £8.99 subscription fee a month so I don’t have to pay any delivery fees so after 4 deliveries I’ve saved straight away and I probably have 50 delivery’s a month easy. If you’ve had a bad experience before with them when there payment systems messed up please give them another chance you won’t be disappointed they’ll always do there best to help fix things with you straight away.
