They will never deliver your items especially the large ones and will keep it in their hub for ages and the seller won’t accept your refund/return request.  As if you have no option but to wait FOREVER and keep your anger to yourself as their customer service is also USELESS! Worst! WORST BRANCH IN QC AS WELL!

basically understaffed which means no work done. if u get flash express as ur courier just expect at least 2 weeks until wtvr ur ordering arrives. no matter the urgency or whatever this courier will never provide. PLUS bad energy workers and peanut brain hiring.

Always check the couriers handling your orders, and never choose Flash Express!

1) Slow delivery, maybe 2-3 times slower than other courier services. 
2) Couriers who have reportedly (first hand, and Reddit experiences) falsified tracking information that apparently shows “called 3 times” with fake details, but with your right number, despite never actually being called.
3) They lost my parcel, and didn’t bother to update me UNTIL I just noticed my parcel tracking number was labeled as CLOSED.

If I could only rate 0 star, I’ll give you that. My WORST experience on a courier. My order got cancelled twice in lazada and shopee (different orders) because of unsuccessful delivery attempts even though the rider did not attempt to deliver the parcel. I also tried contacting the branch but they are ignoring my calls. I raised a claim but no update. This courier is not recommended at all. They should not include it in online shops anymore.

Dati Flash ang tawag sa courier kasi super bilis nila mag deliver sa mindanao ngayon super kupad na nila ginaya na nila ang spx, ewan kuba kung sa courier ang may problema or napalitan ang mga bagong staff ng mga kupal na tatamad tamad gumagawa ng petiks na diskarte para mas lessen ang work pero affected ang customers. Dilang ako naka notice kundi thousands of customers, and if wala kayong action plan sa mga feedbacks then may time na ako mismo magpa file sa dti and dole sa permit ng Davao courier nato.

2nd time delivery guy left my parcel unattended on my door steps without communicating with me. No missed calls, just one single text message which can be easily missed when youre busy. I think they’re like that because they know you cant go after them because their info is not available for the shopee customers. This is really the last time im ordering nonCOD.

When I say overall service, I meant everything about this courier. From customer service, rider, notifications, delayed deliveries, you name it! The rider will contact you once and if you fail to answer, they will never attempt to contact again and tag your delivery unsuccessful. It’s even harder to request redelivery and even harder to contact their customer service. And once you’re able to speak with a representative, they barely even know how to help. Do not ever use this courier if you don’t want to mess with your life.

Ordered via Shopee, paid a door-to-door delivery fee. Shipped via FLASH EXPRESS.  But they told me to get the parcel in their warehouse because they have no vehicle for my parcel? Are you nuts? You offer delivery service, and asks payment for it!!! BUT YOU DO NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE YOU OFFER! I am angry because this is not the first time!
