During the set up I was asked to register an account. I did. When I try to log into the app with my email and password I keep getting an error message that the account expired. I've tried 3 different emails and passwords and I keep getting same error message. Flashforge products sometimes likes to switch the IP it’s on (even when LAN connected) you HAVE TO make sure it is on the same IP, same WiFi, same everything. Only then it works. I almost quit this app for the same reasons as all of you people. But please take a look into your settings in the printer, computer, and phone. Make sure it all lines up, if then it still does not work it’s definitely a manufacturing error. ### 1/5 — Cannot connect to printers. *2026-05-07, version 2.2.2* It worked, and then didn’t work. I see my 3 printers, they’re all online, but the app shows them offline. Tried everything I could think of. A shame, I like the printers, but the dev team should be hmmm, what’s the correct term? It will never connect to the printer. It always says it’s off-line even though on the computer it says it’s online we’ve done everything.
