Flash Plan turns a quick scan of a room into a clean, top-down 2D floorplan you can save to your Photos.

Point your iPhone around the room and let the LiDAR sensor do the measuring. Flash Plan captures the walls, doors, and windows, then flattens everything into a simple overhead plan with lengths, total area, and perimeter.
