Today the app was offline for 5 HOURS. Unacceptable ### 1/5 — Absolute trash *2023-05-21, version 3.1.2* Like other reviewers mentioned this app is horrible at what it's supposed to do. I have been using it for five years at the time of this writing and it's constantly "reconnecting", I have no idea to what since we've had push technology for a while now. Randomly logs users out and the login process is tedious since it takes much longer than it should. These issues plus the fact that the credit card payment option only works when it feels like it makes the entire app a dumpster fire and puts our perceived performance in a very bad light. There are many more issues but I mentioned the main frustrations we've had with it. 0 out of 10, would not recommend this less-than-dollar store platform. 👎 ### 1/5 — Trash *2022-09-29, version 2.9.1.0* This is a complete dumpster fire of an app. I use it for work and all it’s good for is frustrating the valet staff. It lags all the time, logs you off randomly, they don’t update it as much as they should, it doesn’t seem to play well with new devices. I wish my company would have tossed it a few weeks after we started using it. We requested it to be able to sort by room number and the guy helping us asked why we need to sort by room number. We work at a hotel. A HOTEL! Everything is sorted by name or room number! Get something else. ### 1/5 — Truly Terrible *2022-08-21, version 2.9.1.0* Everything that the first review says is 100% true. You should be able to be logged in for an extended period of time. To have to log in nearly every time I need to bend or toggle my gates is incredibly inconvenient. And the sound it makes randomly is obnoxious. It’s like a robotic fart, and there seems to be no rhyme or reason for it. It constantly logs me off and freezes and voids out tickets. Also the is a very obnoxious noise that plays and you can only turn it off if you turn the volume off on your phone. The “0” doesn’t show up so if you have a 0 in your passcode you’re SOL on validating tickets. Needs an IOS update I assume. Last update was 4 months ago. Please don’t use this. 6 weeks of flash (trash) valet update: We are still using trash valet and it is still super slow, glitches out every day, and makes our lives at the valet miserable. When it gets busy, sometimes we don’t have even have time to scan the ticket and run through the ridiculously redundant process to close out the ticket. The limits are almost endless. From the text to valet to keeping track of long term guest’s cars and visiting guest’s car it’s super simple and easy to configure! The lengthy login only makes sense if you have multiple properties. The Valet drivers who ACTUALLY use the app don’t so it serves to delay us during busy times. The automatic logout after inactivity.
