On me l’a finalement offert, donc je me suis dit que j’allais laisser une seconde chance au produit et au service. Aujourd’hui, je regrette clairement ce choix. J’ai renvoyé le traceur le 7 avril à mes frais (25 €) pour un remplacement, et depuis c’est une succession de délais, de promesses non tenues et de réponses qui arrivent après plusieurs jours. On m’a affirmé à plusieurs reprises que l’envoi du nouveau boîtier allait être effectué “sans faute”, avec un numéro de suivi. Résultat : toujours rien reçu, aucun suivi, et aucune réponse claire. Le plus grave pour moi, c’est que j’ai déjà été victime d’un vol avec ce même tracker installé sur ma moto, et je n’ai reçu aucune alerte lorsque la moto a bougé. Le traceur ne m’a absolument rien signalé. Aujourd’hui, cela fait des semaines que je suis sans solution et qu’on me fait patienter en permanence. Un traceur est censé apporter de la sécurité et de la tranquillité, mais actuellement c’est tout l’inverse. À force d’attendre et de ne jamais avoir de solution concrète, je vais finalement me tourner vers la concurrence. Il est facile de l’installer soi-même sur sa moto grâce aux conseils donnés par Flashbird. L’application est simple d’utilisation et est précise sur la localisation. A la moindre vibration, je suis alertée voire rapidement appelée si j’ai oublié de désactiver le tracker manuellement en bougeant ma moto, ce qui est très rassurant.
