Going to loose out years of email history. The app suggests downloading emails and setting up forwarding but has not given any options to do the same. The website doesn’t even have access to inbox. The submit a ticket feature is broken and gives an error. Any business which can work like this cannot be relied upon for anything. ### 1/5 — Ise and throw customer plan *2026-07-17* They lured users to signup by giving coupons and then they removed the coupons gradually from the platform. Now as they have enough data about users and their behaviours and they have trained their model they dont want to carry burden of managing the emails so they are removing this also. I came to this app mainly to manage my shopping mails at a common platform but sad to know that they are now throwing the users. ### 1/5 — What was once an incredible app for shopping, is now just AI slop *2026-04-03* This app was great when it launched, the order tracking aspect made it stand out from every other email client. The rewards were nice too, although I knew they’d eventually have to come to an end and that’s perfectly acceptable. What’s not acceptable however is how the developers think the world needs another AI app to help people find what they want. Congratulations, you’ve killed a really unique product.
