The app does not work as it should I have a schedule set for my kids devices to have no Internet and it never cuts their access off and half the time it says no devices connected even though everything is connected to the wifi.

It doesn’t show everything connected to the wifi. I paused one of my tvs and now it won’t show it on the app so I can’t resume the connection to it

I have been trying to sign into this app for months. I have installed app 50 times. I have tried to set up the modem over and over. It just keeps saying there is a delay. It says none of the info is correct when I scan the QR code. I’m so frustrated. I get an error with everything I try to do. I love the internet. But I hate this app.  It worked great for a couple months then it just quit working.

This is the best ISP I have ever had. And I have had several here in Alabama. 

I had Xfinity in Madison, not too bad, but I didn’t have too much connnected to the internet either. 

I had Spectrum in Guntersville, it wasn’t bad until I added security cameras to my home. 

In Huntsville I had wow, if anyone ever tells you that they have wow as an ISP, just tell them you are sorry to hear that.
