I was using this for my small business and the way things are presented are super important to me. I wish I could return this label maker, I only bought it because of the nice fonts and options and THEY TOOK THAT AWAY! THEY WON’T respond when I reach out to them, I can see they are reading my messages and leaving me on “read”. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I just wish there was a simple label maker mode. I use continuous label tape so it would be nice to set a font size and then just type and it makes the label as long as it needs (like a simple label maker but with my phone keyboard instead of the awful one built into most of those devices). I also wish you could set the amount of extra feed between labels because I also print some small labels and having to manually trim them down is annoying. ### 3/5 — App crashing *2025-04-06* I’ve loved my label maker and how easy it is to use.
