I like the Manifest history, crew entries, PAX entries and ability to pre-file several manifests/trips in advance of travel days, the reply emails with airport reviews and completed C7, C7A, and the completed Bahamas Arrival Report I receive shortly after filing. They haven’t missed a single detail. Co-founder, Art actually sends a text message with tips and links to a simple tutorial to get you started and also answers texts. He personally reviews and walks you through the first few filings. FlashPass customer service is hands down-the best I’ve ever seen.
