I could not be more satisfied with the product. I filed for the first time going international( Bahamas) and back to the USA. I tried going through websites and searching for information online to do it and I was recommended this app by someone else. Game changer. So easy and accessible. I had an issue with billing and the OWNER called me! To get it sorted. He then asked for feedback. And any questions I had he answered. Honestly an amazing experience. FlashPass is the cheat code for international flying. I was complaining about the time it took to fill out eAPIS forms and he put me onto FlashPass. Very shortly after signing up I received a text message with a tutorial video, then a follow up text to see if I had any questions. The support from the developer and his team is phenomenal. They offered to look over my first manifest prior to submitting and found a few errors I immediately corrected. If you are planning on flying to/from the US from Mexico or Canada this is more than worth the annual fee. It used to take me 30-40 minutes to file the eAPIS. After saving my passengers and crew information (which you only do once) it now takes about 2 minutes. With the ability to scan a passport to add to your “persons” passengers can be added in about 10 seconds. The CanPass PDF that you receive from FlashPass makes alerting Canada Customs very easy. I highly recommend this app. This morning I had log in issues. 5 minutes after sending an email the developer called my cell and helped me get things sorted out. I’ve been flying to the Bahamas from Florida for many years and became a bit of an expert on the eAPIS system and interface - so much so that I had forgotten just clunky, repetitive, and inefficient the eAPIS website is. UNTIL someone insisted I try FlashPass. So much easier, and far less chance of making a small mistake on your inbound forms. They are spot on with the new reporting rules and for filing both arrival and departure flights. The thing that makes this app better than any other way of filing is the customer service is beyond good - it’s amazing. Literally (and I know this sounds crazy in this day&age)when you call them an actual person answers the phone every single time. Then to make it more unbelievable, the person that answers the phone is actually helpful and goes far beyond what you would expect. If they can’t get you an answer immediately - they actually call you back to walk you through what issue you’re having. It’s a kind of customer service that I haven’t experienced before with ANY app or business I deal with. To say I’m blown away by the service is an understatement. I don’t know if I’m speaking with the owner of the company every time I’ve called - but the person on the line is genuinely interested in helping figure everything out for you like an owner would. Must have app for pilots traveling in and out of USA. *2025-05-18, version 2025.0.1* I cannot express how valuable this app was on my recent trip from Florida to Alaska. Not only did it clearly provide a tutorial on creating my first eAPIS manifest, the app offered a free phone support to walk me through my first creation of a manifest to make sure I had no issues on my flight to Alaska through Canada. The ease of use along with adding a second pilot, passengers, including my emergency contact was so straightforward and streamlined it made the 5 day journey that much less stressful. Within minutes of filing my first manifest I received an email from US customs and border protections the receipt of my filed manifest. I was able to clone the manifest within the app for my reentry into the US into Alaska with no problems and again received receipt within minutes also confirming my permission to re-enter the United States . This app saved so much time and allowed us to focus more on the flight and flight planning increasing safety and saving valuable time. Living in Florida and close to the Bahamas I now know this app can make Island hopping so much easier. Art gets on the phone with you the first time and helps you understand how to fill out everything in FlashPass App and then we submitted and got an email back right away. It makes quick work of submitting APIS requests when flying across the border to and from Canada. I like the Manifest history, crew entries, PAX entries and ability to pre-file several manifests/trips in advance of travel days, the reply emails with airport reviews and completed C7, C7A, and the completed Bahamas Arrival Report I receive shortly after filing. They haven’t missed a single detail. Co-founder, Art actually sends a text message with tips and links to a simple tutorial to get you started and also answers texts. He personally reviews and walks you through the first few filings. FlashPass customer service is hands down-the best I’ve ever seen. There are countless videos and tutorials for every aspect of the APP. I am a HUGE fan of FlashPass and I am certain you will be too. FlashPass!
