No instructions 
No way to start timer countdown 
It does nothing

There's no instructions.  
I systematically tried all the settings and figured out how to set an alarm. It counted down and then...nothing happened. 
No light. 
No flash. 
No vibration. 
When you click 'app support'you're  redirected to a website written in Chinese or Japanese.
