Tapping “update” opens the App Store and only an option to open the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and got stuck in the same cycle. ### 2/5 — Please Update App *2023-08-03, version 6.0.23* This app WAS wonderful, but for months I haven’t been able to submit payments. It asks me to update even after completely deleting the app and reinstalling it. I just wanted to pay my mortgage but I guess this now gets to be an inconvenience. And the payment app is not disappointing. The application process was as smooth as smooth can be. Simple but great. I also like the features to view my loan progress and other important documents. The other reviews were in regards to paying through the app, so I cannot speak to that.
