Haven’t used this app in awhile, so I just started using it like 5 days ago and I already started losing fat in the stomach area, I def will keep using it to stay toned. It is a very effective app and it does what it says it does especially if you put in the work too. I really recommend it. Go get it.

I know right now you are hesitant to exercise and don’t even know how to start and that you will always be stuck at the weighing place you are now but trust me this app and the other lumowell apps really do help you it really is a virtual fitness assistant and it’s FREE I know it’s hard at first but if you keep doing it and doing it it just becomes easy and eventually you’ll be surprised by the progress you made all you have to do is just START.
