Everything was great for the first couple of months. However, after about a month of not using the app, I came back only to find that my account had been reverted to a regular user, and I could no longer access the Plus features I had paid for. I reached out to the support team via email, but I never received any response. I can’t help but feel like I’ve been scammed. It’s rare for me to love an app enough to pay for a premium plan to support the developers because I believe great apps deserve it. The pros are that it breaks down large prodjects (goals) into scheduled time plans with tasks. It’s very helpful. The con is that the app doesn’t pop out and stay on top of the screen so you can’t multitask as easily. If this feature was added it would be perfect. Also the user Manuel button doesn’t work- so you have to find that online.
