They don’t even have the decency to send a simple email warning you that a free trial is ending because they clearly just want to trap you into an overpriced subscription you didn't ask for. And once you’re stuck, it gets even worse. I was literally in the middle of a conversation with their support team trying to resolve the issue and while I’m waiting for an answer they actually had the nerve to increase the amount they were demanding. It is predatory and completely unprofessional. I finally gave up and paid the money just to get them off my back and get some peace, but even that didn't work. I am still being bombarded with automated "payment due" reminders because their departments are so incompetent they don’t even communicate with each other. It’s straight-up harassment at this point. Do not give these people your credit card information for a "free" trial or anything else because once they have it they will never leave you alone. It’s not a service, it’s a scam. ### 1/5 — Constant profile deconnection *2025-01-18* The app do not save your login information. As a result, whatever alert you’ve set up for flats is useless because you are deconnected. And when you want to hide a listing, the app is bugged and “favorites” the listing instead.
