It only lets you edit 5 photos per week, half of the time the editor fixes what you want (like frizzy hair) with the cost of distorting the background. I have learned how to manage photo editing apps, but not nearly as much as I should (as I prefer spending time in nature than in front of my screen). I had just one occurence where a picture I received was not properly edited by the person taking care of it. I contacted the app's customer service to let them know of my issues and they had the picture I needed re-edited super rapidly! I pay for it’s services but now it just errors out. I’ve attempted to contact support for weeks through email and facebook messages but have not heard back. I’m willing to pay but $10 a week is just too much for what I’m looking for. The editing is very bad, and it takes longer than anticipated to receive your poorly edited photo.
