Flatty gathers apartment and room listings for rent and sale from Belarus's popular classifieds sites into one app and notifies you the moment an owner publishes a listing - before everyone else sees it.

Minsk, Grodno, Brest, Gomel, Vitebsk, Mogilev.

No agents. No commissions. No "sorry, it was rented five minutes ago".

• Set your budget and number of rooms - and forget about checking sites by hand
• Listing rating: Flatty estimates who posted it - an owner or an agent

Ребят, все круто, интерфейс, нет претензий. Но без модерации это мертвый продукт. Я прилетаю в Минск, ищу жилье, в приложке цена 50, звонишь — 200. Причем и самой квартиры может не быть. Для этих целей сгодилась бы гугл-табличка с телефонами риэлторов.

Год назад искал на нем квартиру (так и не нашел, ну это не вина приложения), понравилось, все доступно просто, много вариантов, платить особо не за что не надо) Этим и зацепило среди конкурентов. И теперь спустя год когда нужно повторно искать ) качаю, захожу, а там даже чтобы развернуть ленту - нужно покупать премиум ХАХА, ну ) как обычно бел приложения жгут и хотят больше больше больше)

Открываю приложение раз в полгода и каждый раз новые баги налицо. В этот раз постоянно зависает в определённом месте в ленте, ~40ом объявлении, отвисает если подождать секунд 10. 
UPD. Ультракал, на этот раз повесило телефон намертво, через минуты 2 перезагрузился. Открыл приложение как обычно, и заметив долгую загрузку открыл селектор приложений, и все.

Обьявлееия не сразу приходят даже с премиум подпиской. Целый день тишина и потом как начнут в полночь прилетать нотификации... и кому я позвоню в это время?! 😅
И почему вы автоматически копируете себе текст из буфера когда открывается приложение?

**Developer response:** Спасибо за ваш отзыв. Мы не собираем инфу, буфер обмена был включен автоматически, сейчас мы отключили эту функцию и он больше не должен у вас показыватся.  Надеемся вы к нам еще вернетесь!
UPD:
Просто не знали про эту функцию впринципе, а с новой осью она стала показыватся всем, собственно так мы и узнали что она у нас есть). Спасибо за ваш отзыв по поводу нотификаций, в следующих версиях обязательно добавим время отправки нотификаций. Удачных поисков!

Это какая то дичь, за которую ещё и деньги просят)
Пока изредка посматривал квартиры, закрывал глаза на все косяки, все таки приложение бесплатное (было). Да и к тому же раз пишет джун, какие тут могут быть притензии. Но с джуном я походу ошибся.
