En revanche, mon expérience avec de nombreux vendeurs présents sur la plateforme a été très décevante. Une grande partie des vendeurs auxquels j’ai eu affaire semblent être basés au Pakistan ou en Afghanistan et proposent, selon mon expérience, des produits qui m’ont semblé être des contrefaçons ou des articles de très faible qualité. Le plus problématique reste la gestion des litiges : certains vendeurs refusent les remboursements et il faut parfois mener de longues démarches pour obtenir une solution. Il est également important de rappeler que la vente de produits contrefaits est illégale, qu’elle soit réalisée à titre professionnel ou par un particulier, en France comme dans de nombreux autres pays. Une plateforme qui facilite ce type de commerce devrait donc renforcer considérablement ses contrôles et la vérification des vendeurs. Dans mon cas, après près d’un mois d’échanges et de démarches, j’ai finalement réussi à obtenir un remboursement grâce à l’intervention du support Fleek. Je reconnais donc que le service client a fini par apporter une solution, mais le parcours a été particulièrement long et difficile. Je crains cependant que tous les utilisateurs n’obtiennent pas forcément le même résultat. Fleek devrait davantage protéger ses acheteurs, contrôler plus efficacement les vendeurs présents sur sa plateforme et lutter activement contre la mise en vente de produits potentiellement contrefaits. ### 3/5 — Shoe Listings *2026-07-28, version 32.23.0* I am so far enjoying Fleek for its Clothes, however i would like to see more trendy Shoes up on my Page. ### 3/5 — Good app overall decent prices *2026-07-25* I have bought off of fleek a few times and spent alot of money on this app but my first big purchase wasn’t the best, they didn’t send what I was expected to get. Sometimes if you choose a good supplier, then they can be very loyal to you and if there’s issues they can sort it out. There has been a few more orders since that first big one that haven’t been as good as I expected. I would recommend messaging the supplier and asking them can you see what they choose for you or a handpick. The app is really slow for me personally it changes from Web to an app which is really frustrating and I think should be fixed. ### 2/5 — Gone downhill *2026-07-04* Been using fleek for approx 2 years now, Prices have increased, is cheaper to source closer to home. Still waiting for orders from April/May. Build a bundle is overpriced also, have to spend supplier minimum then supplier comes back to say 50/60% of items are not in stock and provide sub-par alternatives. When receive items with problems suppliers then say I have to place a 30 pc minimum order and they will send me one item for free- ridiculous that I then have to pay more money to place an order due to receiving items with issues. Fleek is a waste of time, I used to spend £1k-£2k monthly there, in the past month ive placed substantially less orders, many of which I’ve had to cancel due to supplier not having the stock. **Developer response:** Hi there, it is great to hear that you have found some gems on the app, but I am truly sorry for the trouble you have faced since then. Best regards, Fleek Customer Care ### 2/5 — £65 minimum per store *2026-07-01, version 32.3.0* i loved the build a bundle feature but they have now introduced a £65 minimum per store which renders the whole idea redundant. it’s virtually impossible to reach the limit without buying stuff you don’t want. Has definitely dettered me from buying as it’s cheaper now to go back to my old supplier ### 2/5 — Was great now rubbish *2026-07-01* I was an avid lover and buyer of fleek, perfect place to get your stock from different suppliers by handpicking. Now they’ve changed it where you have to have a minimum spend of £65 with per supplier so you cannot and pick choose a minimum of ten items from different suppliers but rather, spend £65 with each supplier. This is not feasible when having multiple favourite suppliers. ### 3/5 — Sourcing international is cool. *2026-06-29, version 32.3.0* But the prices for the pieces is a little outrageous. I never gave it a shot rather just find the pieces myself. Too expensive. ### 3/5 — Delivery *2026-06-12, version 32.3.0* 20-27 days delivery ### 3/5 — Building a bundle is no more an option *2026-06-11, version 32.3.0* It is a really good app but adding a fixed price value to the cart for each seller kills the purpose of building a bundle of your choice.Its more like forcing the buyer to buy a bundle from one seller even if he doesnt have all the items of your choice for a bundle.So building a bundle of your choice is not an option now. ### 4/5 — Overall a great app! *2026-04-30, version 29.0.1* I love this app, needs minor improvements. I’ve really enjoyed the recent update where you can build a bundle it’s one of my favourite features!!! One problem is while scrolling and browsing the items the whole app/site just glitches, it repeats items I’ve already seen and I have to restart the app and scroll to pick up where I left off (then it often glitches again) - Not the biggest deal. Some of my clothes come with broken zips, buttons, stains that weren’t disclosed by the supplier (not the apps fault really) but fleek team members are quick to help and offer a refund if needed, or a coupon, it’s very nice that they care about their customers and they’re pretty quick too, never had a bad experience with that or any issues with not getting a solution! :) thank you for this app and the hard work customer service goes through! 💝 ### 3/5 — Serves its purpose *2026-03-30* It’s good for buying wholesale, but it doesn’t half make the process tedious. Despite having had to update the app several times recently, the way it works is still so so poor. Scrolling through items is incredibly jumpy, it skips items then shows you the same ones over and over again until you inevitably refresh the app, open it up again and restart your search, just for it to for it again 3 minutes later. The picture quality on everything has decreased dramatically since the last update too. If you click on the picture to enlarge it it’s fine, but without doing that it is dreadful. **Developer response:** Hi there, thank you for sticking with us despite the tedious experience lately. The vender lied about the quality of the clothes which luckily fleek noticed & asked if I wanted a refund. However after waiting the suggested time for the refund still nothing. Chased them & they have basically sent the same message again saying it will take another week. No hope at all with getting my £100+ back from them. It was sent in multiple packages, two of which were lost and one returned to sender. Customer service was useless and dismissive so I had to open up a dispute with my credit card so I can get a refund. Used to buy heaps of stuff through them so really sad to see them go this way but tried to do 6 orders recently and none of them made it to me. On top of that getting a refund for something as simple as an order that didn’t go through is hell getting your money back really shady just a waste of money now and full of scam items and reps DO NOT BUY OF THIS APP!!! ### 1/5 — Sold fake - refused refund *2026-07-23, version 32.23.0* I brought a reworked bundle from a vendor, the site is supposed to have buyer protection I submitted all evidence of fake items and both support and vendor stopped contacting me. If you are on it longer than 10 minutes it will crash. The constant bombardment of notifications is also extremely annoying as-well. The support team is replay useless, in a bundle of 80 branded items, costing me £900, over 50% were fake. All I was offered was a £20 fleek credit. Laughable & illegal. It’s a shame because if the company actually invested in the app it would be so great. The customer service was awful and offered me a 20$ coupon for my next order. This was no where near enough compensation for the couple hundred dollars I spent. I tried to appeal there decision but it blocked me from opening another support chat. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! ### 1/5 — Unimpressed *2026-03-25* Is it cool that they make buying wholesale international easy? Yes it is. However their customer service is god awful. They take hours if not days to respond, and even if they do they aren’t even helpful either. For example, I was trying to change the email on my account, and they told me to message it to them, but their filters literally do not allow email addresses to be sent via messages They also have untrue and misleading advertisements all the time. They claimed that shipping routes are fine and will be on time but my 2 orders are delayed. They advertise a referral bonus with no mention of a minimum purchase, and they claim it will show up in your account within a day. But when I referred someone, It took 5 days and multiple messages with customer service for it to show up, and they said it has to be over $200 which is mentioned absolutely nowhere. If you’re going to buy off here, do it with caution because if you have a problem you are not going to be receiving any help. **Developer response:** Hi there, thank you for being honest about your experience. As of recently, they’ve also removed the ability to be able to watch product photos from their app and their website when we used to be able to do it before. But recently I have been getting multiple calls from people knowing my name, phone number and the fact I resell and telling me how they work in drug houses and can give me better deals.
