## What is Fleet Care Service Dispatch?

The Service Dispatch Mobile App enhances the efficiency of dealership service by providing a user-friendly platform for technicians to manage service requests, access repair histories, perform vehicle diagnostics, handle maintenance tasks, and oversee work orders—all from their mobile devices.


## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.5.1 — 2026-08-05

With this release, the app now supports multiple tire preferences input during event creation from dealer call centres. Additionally, we have support for single and dual tire configurations across heavy-duty trucks, trailers, OTR, and PLT equipment. Plus, general bug fixes and performance enhancements for a smoother experience for the user.

### 1.5.0 — 2026-07-13

• Details and type of the images captured are stored
• Technicians can capture Driver Signature using the new capture Driver Signature feature.

### 1.4.7 — 2026-05-08

Technicians can now capture and view VIN details directly in the Tech App for faster and more accurate vehicle identification.
What’s new:
• A new VIN field has been added to service events in the Tech App.
• Technicians can capture VIN image using the new VIN camera feature.

### 1.4.6 — 2026-04-23

This update adds support for null and unknown positions, ensuring the app handles missing or indeterminate data. Users will see clear indicators such as static values when position info is unavailable. This makes our app more robust and covers scenarios when adequate data is missing/not provided correctly.

### 1.4.5 — 2026-03-19

•	Scheduled service events will appear in the Upcoming tab.
•	Technicians can see assigned and scheduled events ahead of time to prepare for upcoming events.
