It’s December now and this piece of junk app still always needs to be rebooted. Very frustrating. Fleet Complete programmers can’t seem to figure this out. Pretty sad we’re stuck with this crap. ### 1/5 — App seems to get worse not better with time *2020-10-31, version 5.37.021* Been a fleet complete customer for over 2 years now and almost ready to pull the pin on them. Every time an update comes out it gets worse. Now my dispatch and I cannot even log in and know where our trucks are because it keeps kicking us out, or loading but not actually showing any data. Very laggy and not worth the value for money in my opinion. What was once a great system to use for tracking has become a complete headache and embarrassment. If they don’t do something soon to fix these issues they’ll lose another once loyal customer. Both phones are iPhone 11’s so the phone is not the issue I might add. ### 1/5 — Slowly getting worse *2020-09-22, version 5.37.020* I switched to fleet complete because of the options they had. Lately I’m frustrated the app doesn’t work and I think the the boxes in the truck won’t update. It’s hard enough to run a business. Their installers are absolute hacks and will ruin your vehicles, their tech support is worse than useless and their system simply doesn’t work. It’s an everyday battle with their failing FT2 modules that won’t track for days at a time if not at all. You’ve been warned. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2021-12-22, version 5.38.007* Worst service we have had. And even worse customer service. Typical Telus product. Works -ok until it doesn’t and then gets worse as they try to fix it. Apps don’t function properly and do not communicate properly with each other. For us we had to run 3 different apps. This is an absolutely useless app. ### 1/5 — Still Utter Garbage!!! *2021-05-03, version 5.38.001* These people don’t even deserve a 1 star ratting, this app is constantly made worse ever time they do an update. I also find it funny how all their negative ratings sometimes get removed and there is now a note saying that this app’s summary rating has been recently reset!!! I thought that’s what the ratting system is all about so the consumer can be educated and make an informed decision on purchasing the right product that suits their needs. For shame Apple for allowing this. Buyer be aware that there are defiantly much better choices out there for fleet tracking than this garbage. Just my humble opinion though. ### 1/5 — Lacking *2021-03-27, version 5.38.001* We are in process of migrating from another tracking service to FleetComplete. The web portal is fine but the iOS app is terrible. It takes forever to load up vehicle locations, sometimes it shows id on vehicles, sometimes it doesn’t. There needs to be more work put into a redeveloping an efficient, user friendly app. It can be done, I’ve seen them. ### 1/5 — Tracking *2021-03-14, version 5.38.001* This app hasn’t shown where our vehicles have been for the past six days. Also app never shows location the first time you open it. Always have to open and close at least twice. ### 1/5 — Very unreliable app *2021-02-23, version 5.38.001* We have been using Fleet Complete for 3 years and the app worked great for over a year and then it became increasingly glitchy. I have to log out and back in almost every time I need to use the app because Otherwise it just locks up. If I use it for more than a couple minutes at a time I have to log out and back in as well. I have spoken many Many many times to support and the sales team with no resolve. Obviously they did an update at one point that killed this app but somehow over the last 2 years they have not been able to figure out how to return it to proper functionality. The desktop application works fine, but if you want a phone app, then I highly recommend you look elsewhere for a GPS tracking solution. The only reason we are still here is because It’s a pain to change all the units out and we foolishly hope they will finally fix it. ### 1/5 — Garbage, it’s a list of time *2021-02-04, version 5.38.001* Never accurate always need to restart the app! ### 1/5 — Never trust fleet complete *2021-01-14, version 5.38.001* I’ve been having issues with my tracking device. The GPS location is not accurate. (Showing 1-2 hours away from actual location. ) Also, Data shown is false as it doesn’t show anymore performance on vehicle or any information that is supposed to be given. ( Rapid acceleration, harsh breaking and much more ). Emailed them over 5 times and spent 1.5 hours on the phone for the agent to tell me “i don’t know what to do, i can’t help you ” isn’t there an escalation process? I have yet to be reached out to , to fix this problem. Yet no news from 3 different employees. 1/4 of a star for this business. When it loads if you get that far when you want to track it Saudi no data then craps out. Tried.everything. So I deleted app to start over it has been so long that original email is no good and can’t get anywhere to update info or anything. However I have had to delete the app seven times in the past 10 days and then re-load it onto my iPhone. I have an iPhone that came out in October 2019 - not an older iPhone. At what point do they figure out this issue? Are they even aware they are having an issue? ### 2/5 — Pulling up the app *2020-04-28, version 5.36.007* I have been trying all day to pull the app up to do a route replay on a couple of our service trucks. Every time I open the app it starts to open and then shuts back down. The other problem we have been having is delayed tracking so we cannot get an accurate update on where our service trucks are. ### 2/5 — Last update made it worse *2020-02-04, version 5.30.012* As with previous reviews, that last update completely ruined the app. It appears to open and remains visible in the background but it minimizes itself just after opening.
