Your employees say that you don’t have the proper heaters compared to the other car washes in town. When it is open, they only open up one side so there’s always a longer line than necessary. The soft touch option scratched my side mirrors even though I pulled them in. On another occasion in the touch free option the swinging arm broke and drug across the top of my car. Scratching it as it went. I almost couldn’t get out of the bay because it kept trying to complete the wash and wedged against my car. On top of all that, I never really felt like the wash was very good at getting my vehicle clean. CS said it was difficult to keep track of car models as the app allowed changes.
