And I mean basic things are broken. Paste in your phone number and it chips the first number off. It can’t even handle standard formats. Paste in expiration date and it doesn’t fill the year correctly. ### 2/5 — Lots to be desired *2025-12-23, version 3.7.5* I love the store , but the app needs quite a bit of help. Filters for products online never show up for me and had to go online to add/delete payment methods, which was still a bit of a chore. If you wanna look up a receipt or how an order is doing sometimes you get nothing more than a white screen and then the app locks up! I wish they would fix some more of the bug problems because it’s easy to order. It’s easy to follow the sales although I have to keep updating almost every other use my tax exempt code for my farm. And then if I wanna follow up on how an order is doing, I have to re-enter my text notices and then if I look at it like again today where I order in the morning and now it’s 530 at night. And I can’t find my order because it’s nothing more than a white screen when I look…. ### 2/5 — It’s okay *2025-08-12, version 3.7.5* The app is okay-ish, but it will not stay on my phone. It seems disorganized and the app seems to be all over the place. While trying to look for tack, I kept getting kicked back to the Home Screen or would accidentally click the $10 off thing that I had to often click the X on. No ad/coupon should pop up that much to be that annoying. There are things that are obviously wrong given the ratings, but you'd think feedback would be encouraged to help improve the app. Think again ### 1/5 — Payment errors *2025-04-24, version 3.7.5* I have tried and tried to make an online purchase on the app so I can pick it up at the store but every single time I get an error saying that my name has a symbol or is over 15 digits long. Neither is true. It’s super frustrating bc I have successfully ordered on the app in the past. Also whenever I try to look at weekly ads, if I try to go back a page it takes me all the way out of the ads. Maybe I’ll just try going to their website and delete the app. ### 1/5 — Does Not Work *2025-04-11, version 3.7.5* The website isn’t great for online ordering so I thought the app was the obvious choice. Wrong. Registration cannot be processed. Try again later. Try Tractor Supply is more like it. It’s clear they don’t really care about this app. The registration page doesn’t even auto-complete correctly, and I was unsuccessful creating a new account. It simultaneously told me my password met the criteria while not letting me proceed. No other errors were indicated on the page and all boxes for terms were complete. I love Fleet Farm, but the app falls really short. I’ll register online. ### 2/5 — What is going on with the app? *2024-12-20, version 3.6.6* I try putting an item in my cart and get errors that the sku is incorrect. I try shopping for a specific item and the app just sits there with a blank screen. It’s so glitchy that it’s not worth using most of the time. ### 3/5 — Love the store, frustrated by the app *2024-12-12, version 3.6.6* Navigating in the app is buggy. Tough to zoom in on weekly ad items and then back out. If you click on an item for details, there’s no way (that I could find) to get back to the ad, much less the page within the ad. Shopping for tires and the app dead ends when I select a tire to view. There’s no obvious option to go back and look at a different tire. I have to start over from the beginning to filter results based on the tire size I need. Screen turns white and can’t get out of it. It does that when I go to track an order or look for a store. I don’t know how they mess something up so horribly. It’s very glitchy and unrefined. Seems like Menards and Fleet Farm are competing to see who has the worst app. However, Menards has you beat easily and that’s not saying much. I find it odd that this type of feedback goes back years and nothing‘s been done. Only purchased certain items from Fleet Farm otherwise I go to Lowe’s or Home Depot. ### 1/5 — Don’t work *2025-12-15, version 3.7.5* Half the app doesn’t work. And for some reason it says I can earn $1 per certain amount of points til 8/2024 ? Also the rewards part of the app doesn’t work so you can never see what rewards you have. Don’t know why. Could be the pages are busy, but a person does have to work with it a bit to get it to react. But FF always has a great selection to choose from. We especially value and appreciate being able to order on line and pick up in yard, since both my wife and I are disabled and cannot go into store! Easy to locate online orders, see my rewards, etc. App worked at first. But once updated I can no longer log in. Hoping this issue gets addressed soon, as I can see many others with the same problem.
