The app won’t even open up 
Send me a message to call a phone number to talk to a representative Then it takes 30 minutes for that representative to even answer and better yet all the information you had stored in the system they don’t have access to so they have to go through a series of questions that is all easily accessible in their system, but for some reason, I don’t have access to it Takes a five minutes task and turns it into an hour

### 1/5 — Location Services Can Not Be Enabled

There is nowhere in this app or on my phone to enable location services. That option is not there for this app like it is for the other apps I have location services enabled for. Apparently none of the six people I spoke with have a clue either. Some of them didn’t even know that there was an app…
