I opened it up and it just instantly crashes. I tried downloading it on another device and the same thing happened. I see that you guys did an update around the same time that this started happening. No forgot password on app. Reset thru browser 3 times and went to app to login. Says failed due to user name or password. Need username to be able to change password so I know it’s the password. Copied and paste, typed out doesn’t matter. Read other reviews on here with other customers with same issues. Looks like they will never get this fixed. Now have to use web page. Save your time and don’t get the app and get use to it. I've reset my password several times, and it says the password is incorrect. They blocked my payment at the bank because it appeared as fraud. I've been trying to resolve this for a week and I can't even access my account to find out the number, since you need the number to resolve anything.
