Dann hat mich noch meine Bank wegen der überaus unseriösen Anschein der abzocke kontaktiert und die Karte gesperrt. ### 3/5 — Funktioniert nur teilweise *2026-05-26* App funktioniert nur beschränkt. Ich kann in der App weder die Zahlungsmethode ändern (ohne neue kann ich nicht mieten) noch das Hilfecenter erreichen. ### 3/5 — Nicht gut *2026-04-25* Ich habe einen Transporter gebraucht, nichts im Umkreis verfügbar. Eine wichtige Info zu bekommen wie lange die Transporter noch vermietet sind bis diese bei Baushaus wieder Verfügbar sind nicht möglich "Datenschutz" ich habe nur eine Zeitspanne benötigt mehr nicht. Mein Transport wäre 1 Arbeitsplatte gewesen mit 6km weg hin max. 20 Minuten 😪😪 Telefon Bot auch keine Hilfe gewesen ### 1/5 — Nichts für spontane Miete *2025-10-04* Dank der ewig dauernden Registrierung konnte ich keinen Transporter mieten. Die Validierung meines Führerscheins dauert nun schon mehr als 12 (!) Stunden. Das erwarte ich 2025 automatisiert in wenigen Minuten. Nichts für spontane Buchungen. Und „Service“ gibt es nur von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 8 und 17 Uhr. ### 1/5 — Gar nicht optimiert *2025-08-23* Die Idee ist gut aber die App ist Müll. Wie soll ich was zusätzlich hochladen wenn in der App nur entweder ein Führerschein oder der Ausweis verlangt wird, warum kann man nicht sonstige Dokumente oder so mit einfügen?! Und das hochladen ist auch noch so ein Thema. ### 5/5 — Super *2025-07-11* Guter Service und gute Preise ### 1/5 — Quasi Unbrauchbar *2025-03-22* Man kann seine Führerscheinnummer nicht ändern. Dafür das Hilfe-Center aufrufen. Hier nur die Möglichkeit chatten oder anrufen. Beide teilen aber mit, hier geht es nicht man soll das Hilfe-Center aufrufen… entweder maximale Inkompetenz und Arbeitsverweigerung oder Prozess wurde nicht im Unternehmen angesprochen. Die App und der Servive damit unbrauchbar. ### 1/5 — Die anderen Bewertungen können nicht echt sein *2025-03-01* Ewiger Registrierungsprozess; Verfügbarkeit auf der Karte stimmt plötzlich nicht mehr sobald ich es reservieren will; Man muss die Verfügbarkeit in jeden Schritt wieder neu eintragen und standardmäßig geht die App davon aus, dass ich es für 2 Wochen leihen möchte; Auto muss mit mind. 100% zurückgegeben werden, hat aber gerade nur 80%; Führerscheinüberprüfung dauert laut App 6 Monate (kein Witz), Usability ist konsequent grauenhaft; erst nach Registrierung sehe ich in ganz Deutschland nur 1 Auto (kein Filter drinnen, Karte aktualisiert); Zahlungsdaten kann man nicht mehr entfernen, für SMS Bestätigung muss man auf die SMS antworten (wo gibt‘s denn sowas?); und noch lauter Kleinigkeiten auf die ich gar nicht alle eingehen kann. Ich will doch nur für eine Stunde ein Auto leihen, das hat alles 30min gedauert! Auto hab ich jetzt immernoch keins. ### 1/5 — Gestern Bauhaus *2024-12-31* Habe einen gemietet. Funktioniert gut aber die Abrechnung ist nicht zu verstehen. 9.5€ pro Stunde 0.55€ pro Km. Sollte eindeutige sein. Für 3 h gemietet. 2 Minuten vor der mietzeit geöffnet. Nach 1h 30 min zurück. Das ich 3h bezahlen muss klar. Auch die 42 km klar. Nun wird ein Teilstundentarif 2.38€ mitberechnen? Das ist abzocke. Nun hat MOQO geantwortet. Obwohl in keiner AGB steht wieviel man pro Minute bezahlen muss haben sie mir nach abzockmanier 2.38 euro für 2 Minuten zu früh abgebucht. Abzocke denn man kann das Fzg angeben 15 min vorher öffnen. Kauf nicht bei diesen abzockern. Ich erwarte eure Anwälte. Freue mich. ### 1/5 — Einloggen nicht möglich *2024-11-23* Ein einloggen ist nicht möglich mit Passwort.
