### 2/5 — App and Software Full of Bugs

The camera, as hardware, is great, but I’ve sent in over a dozen bug reports and simple feature requests in the span of 2 weeks.

I have provided tons of evidence to the support team and on one of the issues that clearly persists, I’m being told that the issue cannot be replicated on their side.

I really hope their engineering and support teams take these reports/findings seriously and update the app, as this will make or break a good product.

I’ve mainly been having issues with the timestamps in the app vs the actual video not matching, as the app shows the default UTC, but my time zone is UTC -4 (Eastern Daylight). Little discrepancies should have been caught and tested long before the release of this software, as the whole point of having video footage is to provide evidence in the event of an accident.

Great hardware, clunky and unreliable software on the mobile and web apps.

### 1/5 — Dashcam BlackVue, quel gâchis !

Application mal conçue et matériel très décevant.

L’application oblige à se reconnecter à chaque changement de téléphone. Le mot de passe doit être connu par cœur, puisqu’il n’est même pas mémorisé par l’appareil. En 2026, c’est tout simplement aberrant.

Mais le pire concerne les caméras BlackVue elles-mêmes. Les réglages sont instables et doivent être refaits régulièrement, ce qui donne l’impression d’un produit bâclé et mal testé.

Quant à la qualité d’image, elle est indigne d’un matériel vendu à ce prix. La définition est tellement mauvaise qu’il est souvent impossible de lire les plaques d’immatriculation ou même certains panneaux de signalisation.

Pour un système censé servir de preuve en cas d’accident, c’est un échec total.

Je déconseille formellement ces caméras. Il existe aujourd’hui sur le marché des dashcams beaucoup moins chères et nettement plus performantes.

Un produit surévalué, mal conçu et très décevant. Quel gâchis.

Половина функций не работает! Сменил триф на fleeta, а вернуться в номральное приложение blackvue не дает. Поддержка игнорирует сообщения по почте, больше связи нет..

À chaque lancement de l’app, je suis obligé me reconnecter. Même problème sur l’ancienne app qui avait été résolu avec une mise à jour. Impossible de connecter ma batterie B-130, l’app me demande à chaque fois d’autoriser le BT et le wifi. Ils sont pourtant autorisés. Dommage. Vivement une correction. A quand la possibilité de gérer les utilisateurs et les zones de geofencing depuis l’app ?
