Totally worthless. My company give me one of their stupid cards end of the year and it takes a Of time and effort to spend my own money. I have literally been sitting at a truck stop on the fuel network and it will not be able to find any locations for fuel. It is about worthless. Maybe once a week it might work. This is very frustrating as I can’t find the best fuel deals along my route. Fix your app ComData. It’s worthless. You have the technology, the money to hire people who know what their doing, and here we are with an app that’s junk, phone system that takes a masters degree to navigate, and most of your staff that we are required to talk to barely speak or understand English. A company as large as comdata should be ashamed to have their name attached to this app. It is the most non user friendly app I’ve ever used to find fuel of any kind. As a truck driver that will run possibly thousands of miles on a particular run, not being able to search for fuel along a route is absolutely ridiculous. The app is slow slow to load fuel prices you can’t even scan through the map from city to city. It’ll lock after the first swipe or two and and lock up the screen while it searches that area. Total garbage. It wouldn’t take much to be better but they should fire their IT staff and start over. Any IT department that accepts this isn’t worth keeping. I was having the same issues others were having... I had to re-enter everything, then it would still never log in. I deleted the app and started over with a fresh download. Problem solved... For now. If this is a consistent solution, it's ridiculous that Comdata doesn't notify everyone on the home screen of the app. Oh wait... I have had connection issues when I was in poor cell coverage, but not so much when I was in good coverage. Yes, I have had to learn to be more patient than I usually am, but it does the job well enough to ear four stars. If they improved the data transfer and smoothed out the GUI a bit, I might add the 5th star. I believe they will soon have to as Apple makes their security more robust. Or a 2FA system when you do a card swipe at the pump, it popped up asking if it was you then it allows the purchase. I just got skimmed this trip. ### 3/5 — Gggrrrr *2019-01-07* Was working fine for the first 13 months until just before Christmas, but now it locks up when you try to log in. Search for fuel around area works, initial login page works, but when you enter password and hit login it freezes and you can’t see anything but the spinning wheel on the screen. What is the use of having a business app to keep track of money on a Corporate Card when you can’t log in, and their only suggestion is to talk to my carrier. Had same problem with the Motel app as well, before this problem. Now, it works but not the fuel card app. ### 3/5 — Works when it wants to *2019-01-03* Worked good when it would allow you to log in. For past few weeks I haven’t been able to log in and check anything. I’ve tried uninstalling it to no avail. Still doesn’t work. I’ve haven’t used it to look for fuel recently but that was nice when I needed it. Be aware of the extra charges that they will get you with. From what I’ve seen you are allowed one transaction a week with fuel purchase, anymore and they will charge you. ### 3/5 — Won't work on iPhone 7 *2017-03-17, version 1.1.47* App worked fine on my iPhone 6, but now the wheel just buffers on iPhone 7.
