Die können das. ### 5/5 — Service *2025-12-22, version 4.2.0* Sehr gut! ### 1/5 — Eigentlich 0 Sterne *2025-12-13* Kurzfristig freigewordene ladesäule brauchen ewig, bis diese in der App angezeigt werden. Ohne Chipkarte ist man generell aufgeschmissen, wenn es schnell gehen soll. Mitte Dezember zwei Nachrichten erhalten, dass die App aktuell Probleme hat und offline ist. Nach zwei Jahren try and error, wird die App samt Chip und flottenkonto in die Tonne geworfen. Das können Mitbewerber um Welten seit Jahren schon besser. ### 1/5 — Umständlicher Prozesss! Verspäteter Tranksaktionsnachweis ! *2025-07-30* Wenn man über die App bezahlt, erhält man keinen Transaktionsnachweis oder ähnliches, sprich man kann nicht beweisen, dass man überhaupt bezahlt hat! Warum kann man sein Guthaben nicht in der App einsehen? Warum kann man keinen max. Tankbetrag beim bezahlen mit der App festlegen wie in der Shell-App? Warum muss man auf den Cent genau tanken, um mit der Karte bezahlen zu können? Leider alles sehr umständlich…. Nachtrag: Es hat exakt 5 Tage gedauert, bis der Transaktionsnachweis in der App sichtbar war, obwohl behauptet wird, dass Transaktionen über die App in Echtzeit angezeigt werden…….Dazu ist noch die Uhrzeit der Transaktion um mehrere Stunden falsch angegeben. **Developer response:** Hallo Leon, vielen Dank für Ihr ausführliches Feedback – es tut uns leid, dass Sie diese Erfahrung gemacht haben, aber wir wissen es sehr zu schätzen, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, uns davon zu berichten. Zahlungsbeleg: Nach Abschluss einer Zahlung über die App sollten Sie eine Transaktionsübersicht mit Details wie Kraftstoffmenge und Zahlungsstatus sehen. Sie können auch Belege für alle App- und Kartentransaktionen im Abschnitt „Transaktionsverlauf“ der App einsehen. 2. Vielen Dank nochmals für Ihre Rückmeldung. – Das Fleetcor-Team ### 3/5 — Es fehlt leider zur Nutzung der App zwei wichtige Features. *2025-07-14* Die App sieht gut aus, hat aber zwei Defizite, die für mich gravierend sind. Es gibt zum einen keine Möglichkeit in der App den QR-Code einer Ladesäule zu scannen. Dies kann im Grunde jede App zum bezahlen eines Ladevorganges. Also muss jedes Mal gesucht werde welche Nummer die entsprechenden Säule hat. Auf großen Anlagen fast wie Memory. Aber noch gravierender ist, dass die App keine verlässlichen Daten bezüglich des Steckers hat. Immer wenn im System keine explizite Steckerart (in meinem Fall Typ 2) angegeben ist, dann wird angenommen diese Steckart ist vorhanden. Das führt zu sehr vielen komplett unnötigen versuchen das Fahrzeug zu laden.
