App stopped functioning properly after the most recent  update. 30 drivers complaining to me about this. Needs urgent attention.

Update is terrible. The process was so easy for drivers to use now there’s nothing but problems.too much just to scan a picture in.

Doc types doesn’t work.

It worked fine on android but I switched to iPhone and now I can’t select document type. How can I scan if I can’t select the type of document. It won’t let me.

You cannot upload documents on the ios version of this app. I doubt they actually have a development team for this app, though if they did, and actually cared to get it running, I wouldn’t cancel my Fleet One account. I was excited to have an app for my drivers to upload BOLs to directly but sadly it only works for android phones.

We’ve had issues with file size while using this app. It would be great if the default setting was greyscale and not color. Color files create issues when we submit a scheduled. It would be nice to be able to scan and go without having to adjust settings each time I scan document.
