Trucks stay stuck on locations that they left hours prior. ### 4/5 — EMSGuy *2017-04-24, version 3.4.1* This is a great app for tracking fleet, responses, and pending incidents. We use this in ambulances as well as phone app. I'm not a fan of the grouped vehicles and incidents. I preferred the old app to this version for that particular feature. It is my understanding that the company is aware and trying to correct the multiple issues. Firstly, it takes time to have to re-enter all the info such as company, user and password every 30 seconds because it will not stay on. I need to know where my fellow units are quickly. The old format stayed online. Also, I am not a fan of the clusters. I love table screen while in my Tahoe. It's great!! ### 5/5 — Amazing *2013-09-06, version 3.0.5* This software is amazing! We were use a tritec product. The AVL module was continually crashing with tritec. Fleet Eyes tech support was great to work with. I am not an "IT guy" and setup was still simple compared to other AVL solutions. This stuff just works, and fully integrates with out tritec CAD software. This solution works so well we are looking to replace our MobiCAD with there similar product. For an EMS agency Fleet Eyes is a must.
