FleetPad Driver is the companion app for FleetPad — the complete fleet compliance platform for UK transport operators.

Built for real drivers in real yards: scan the QR sticker on your vehicle and you're straight into your daily walkaround. No passwords to remember — sign in once and Face ID or fingerprint unlocks your whole day.

DAILY VEHICLE CHECKS
• Scan your vehicle's QR sticker to start — no typing
• Full walkaround checklist, configured by your company
• Mark every item Pass, Warn or Fail — photograph defects with the camera
• Trailer checks with height recording
• Start-of-day details: odometer, fuel, AdBlue, fuel cards
• Driver declarations for HGV compliance

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL
Yards and loading bays are dead zones — FleetPad Driver isn't. Complete your checks offline; everything syncs automatically the moment signal returns, photos included.

ROADSIDE READY
Stopped at the roadside? One tap shows a complete, timestamped record of today's inspections — every item checked, every defect with photos — ready to hand to a DVSA officer.

RUN SHEETS

DRIVER LOGBOOK
Domestic-rules logbook with a weekly grid: shift times with a native time picker, driving hours, training days, and automatic working-time calculation.
