It is a work requirement to use this and it never works. Can’t connect or log-in. Frequently have to delete the app and reinstall then call customer service to get access again. My company has forced me to use it under threat of punishment or even termination yet somehow no one seems to know how to make it work. Every update just brings new and different errors. What’s more appalling is that someone likely got paid a lot of money to produce this, and is likely being paid a regular service fee to administer to this system. I don’t think I have ever seen anything more useless since this app won’t even open. Or if it does it immediately crashes and locks up so that you can’t use any part of it. I would love to see the creators of this disaster be investigated.
