Lack of convenience.  Every step takes 2-3 business days.  This bank needs a Doge. And an overhaul of technology.  Outsourced on everything.   Feels like this bank is run by a boiler room in Bombay.

The app has always been pretty flawless.  It seems there has been an update in the LDF week or so?  Since then, I just get the spinner on the login page...can not even enter username.

Getting ridiculous with the security. It doesn’t trust the filter on my phone anymore apparently and now I can’t use the app. Please change

I love the Fleetwood Bank app. It is user friendly and I am on it at least once a day. I pay all my bills on this app, transfer funds and log my travel requests.
I appreciate the support I receive from the Fleetwood staff.  It’s important to know there are people behind the app that are there if you need them.
I am so pleased I have the support of my community bank!
